Our latest project took us to the picturesque beach town of Omaha, just North of Auckland, where we had the privilege of crafting a truly exceptional masterpiece for a visionary customer.
Our client's dream was ambitious - a fully loaded hybrid sauna that marries traditional sauna rituals with cutting-edge technology for the ultimate relaxation journey. They sought perfection in every aspect, from materials to automation, and our team eagerly accepted the challenge.
We began by hand-selecting the finest Thermo Aspen (thermally treated) wood, known for its exquisite appearance and resilience, to form the foundation of the sauna's panelling and benching. This wood, carefully crafted by our skilled artisans, would become the canvas for the luxurious experience that awaited our client.
Next, we wanted to revolutionize the sauna experience, and that's when we introduced the "Auto-Dose" technology. Gone are the days of cumbersome buckets and ladles - our innovative automated water dispenser takes care of everything. With a touch of a button, the perfect amount of water is delicately sprayed on to the sauna rocks, creating the ideal steam and humidity levels for an immersive, soothing experience.
To complement this unprecedented level of comfort, we integrated a state-of-the-art tower heater. This advanced heating system ensures an even and enveloping warmth, guaranteeing a traditional sauna experience that rejuvenates both body and soul.
Continuing our pursuit of perfection in sauna design, we also incorporated a premium-quality Steamer into this fully loaded hybrid sauna. The Steamer adds an additional layer of luxury and relaxation to the sauna experience, providing a gentle and invigorating mist that enhances the overall ambiance.
Intrigue and enchantment were paramount in our design philosophy. To achieve this, we adorned the ceiling with breathtaking fibre optic lighting, transforming the sauna into a celestial sanctuary. As our client settles into the calming atmosphere, they'll find themselves transported to a realm of serenity, gazing at a starlit sky during every moment of their sauna session.
But we didn't stop there. Our client yearned for modernity and the health benefits of infra-red panels. With thoughtful precision, we integrated these panels into the sauna, enabling the deep, therapeutic heat to penetrate the body, soothing muscles and promoting relaxation.
Safety and comfort were non-negotiables for us. Therefore, a mechanical ventilation system was strategically implemented, providing a continuous flow of fresh air while maintaining the cozy ambiance that makes a sauna experience so special.
Finally, we placed this masterpiece within the pool house, harmoniously blending with the natural beauty of Omaha's landscape. As our client steps into their bespoke sauna haven, they are greeted with a sense of tranquillity, a moment of escape from the outside world, and an invitation to indulge in the epitome of relaxation.
